Key Responsibilities
- System Implementation: Lead and manage full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial and controlling processes to identify gaps and propose solutions.
- Configuration: Customize SAP FICO modules to align with business requirements and best practices.
- User Training: Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the SAP FICO system.
- Integration: Facilitate integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD) and third-party systems.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO related issues to maintain system integrity and performance.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and training materials.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest SAP FICO developments and recommend enhancements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or in a similar role.
- Certifications: SAP certification in FICO module is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules, along with a solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
