Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Consultant – Gynaecologist to help shape the clinical foundation of Shakti. This role goes beyond consultations — you will define how care is delivered, ensure quality and consistency, and guide our doctor network.
This is a remote, high-impact role ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, mentoring doctors, and delivering holistic patient care.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build Consultation Experience
- Design and standardise the end-to-end consultation workflow
- Ensure every patient receives a consistent, high-quality experience
- Define consultation structure (history taking, diagnosis approach, follow-ups)
2. Clinical Framework & Protocols
- Create clear guidelines on:
- When to recommend diagnostics/tests
- Medication protocols and treatment pathways
- Ensure care is evidence-based yet practical for patients
3. Doctor Training & Quality
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for gynaecology at Shakti
- Train and onboard consulting doctors
- Review consultations and provide feedback to maintain quality standards
4. Patient Care
- Conduct consultations (based on availability and role structure)
- Focus on holistic, empathetic, and patient-centric care
5. Clinical Leadership (Growth Phase)
- Over time, evolve into a clinical leadership role
- Help expand services, protocols, and care offerings
- Contribute to building Shakti’s clinical brand and trust
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- 8–15+ years of clinical experience
- Prior experience leading a practice / clinic / team of doctors
- Strong inclination towards holistic and patient-first care
- Comfortable with teleconsultations and digital tools
- Experience in protocol building, SOPs, or training doctors is a strong plus

Compensation (Flexible Structure)
We are open to structuring compensation based on engagement:
Option 1: Per Consultation + Leadership Retainer
Option 2: Monthly Retainer + Reduced Per Consult Fee
Option 3: Full-time Fixed + Performance Incentives
