Role Description The Lead Consultant role at Wintel Ltd is a full-time, remote position responsible for guiding clients through complex technology and business transformation initiatives. Day-to-day, the Lead Consultant analyzes client requirements, facilitates discovery sessions, and develops solution architectures and implementation plans. This role leads project teams, assigns and reviews work, and ensures delivery milestones are met with high quality and within agreed timelines. The Lead Consultant prepares and presents proposals, status reports, and recommendations to client stakeholders, providing clear, consultative guidance on risks, trade-offs, and best practices. Additionally, the role involves mentoring team members, contributing to internal methodologies and templates, and collaborating with cross-functional colleagues to continuously improve service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting skills, including stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and solution scoping.
- Proven experience leading technology or business transformation projects from planning through execution.
- Ability to interpret complex technical or business information and communicate it clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working remotely, with strong time management, self-organization, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including mentoring, team coordination, and decision-making under pressure.
- Familiarity with common enterprise technologies, cloud platforms, or digital transformation practices (specific domains are a plus but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
