About the Role
As a Solution Consultant, you will own end-to-end delivery for professional services engagements. Moving enterprise clients from initial discovery to platform go-live, you will act as the primary point of contact bridging client legal, compliance, technology, and product teams with ConsenPro’s engineering team.
This is a high-ownership role that demands regulatory knowledge, technology appreciation, structured delivery discipline, and strong people skills in equal measure.
What You Will Do
- Pre-engagement & Sales Support: Research client data architectures, customize proposals, deliver platform demos, and field product/regulatory questions from client stakeholders.
- Gap Assessment Delivery: Lead multi-stakeholder workshops to map data flows; coordinate ConsenPro agent deployments with IT/cloud infrastructure teams; perform application-level analysis of consent verbiage and sub-processor sharing.
- Deliverable Ownership: Author CXO and Board-ready deliverables, including Personal Data Inventories, DPDP Compliance Gap Registers, and Consent Management Roadmaps.
- Implementation & Handover: Partner with client engineering teams to map compliant consent touchpoints, draft privacy policy/DPA frameworks, manage UAT, drive the go-live checklist, and conduct post-launch platform training.
What You Will Bring
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of the DPDP Act 2023 and Rules 2025 (consent obligations, Data Principal rights, Fiduciary vs. Processor classifications).
- Technical Appreciation: Comfort with core tech concepts (APIs vs. webhooks, schemas, AWS infrastructure) to confidently drive conversations with client CTOs and engineers without needing to code.
- Consulting & Execution: Proven experience running multi-stakeholder workshops, managing timelines, and authoring exceptional client-facing documentation.
- Tech-Agility: Active adoption of AI platforms for drafting, research, and analysis as part of your baseline workflow.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. + MBA preferred. (B.Tech with strong DPDP domain exposure will also be considered).
- 3 to 5 years of total relevant work experience.
Note: ConsenPro will provide structured training on the platform and the DPDP regulatory framework. You are expected to be independently delivering client workshops and demo-ready within the first few weeks. Curiosity and the ability to learn fast matter more than day-one familiarity with the product.
Good to Have
- Prior delivery experience in BFSI, Fintech, HealthTech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Exposure to GDPR implementations or Indian regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI).
- Privacy certifications like IAPP CIPP/E or CIPP/A.
