Role Description
This is a full time work from home opportunity. The Lead Consultant will be responsible for managing end-to-end executive search and leadership recruitment processes. Key responsibilities include partnering with clients to understand their leadership needs, sourcing and assessing top-tier talent, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Additional tasks include market research, crafting strategic search solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to drive project success. The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in shaping impactful leadership placements while upholding the organization's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in executive search, talent acquisition, and leadership assessment
- Proficiency in market research and crafting strategic hiring solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative partnerships
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of diverse industries and cross-cultural leadership hiring practices
- Proficiency in project management and delivering results within tight turnaround times
- Passion for driving diversity, equity, and inclusion in leadership hiring
- Relevant experience in executive search or leadership consulting is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business, HR, or a related field
- Familiarity with working in global markets, including US, UK, Canada, or APJ, is an added advantage
