🔹 Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Lead Consultant who can analyze business challenges, design strategies, and ensure execution at the client’s end. The role requires strong expertise in Sales, HR Systems, and Business Strategy.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end consulting projects across Sales, HR & Operations
- Understand client challenges and design actionable business strategies
- Drive on-ground implementation and ensure measurable outcomes
- Develop SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and organizational structures
- Improve sales performance and overall business efficiency
- Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction
🔹 Key Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in Sales Strategy & Execution
- Knowledge of HR Systems & Organizational Development
- Experience in SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and JD creation
- Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven decision-making ability
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
- 7–10+ years of experience in consulting / business roles
- Experience in Sales + HR functions
- Prior experience in business consulting/advisory preferred
- MBA (Marketing) or relevant qualification
🔹 Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel
- Own vehicle (2/4 wheeler)
- 💻 Own laptop is mandatory
