Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct routine and periodic compliance audits across onboarding, workforce documentation, and operational processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Review onboarding files, contracts, right-to-work documentation, background verification, and identity records for accuracy, completeness, and validity.
Perform retrospective audits of active workforce or contractor populations to identify legacy compliance gaps, expired documents, or control weaknesses.
Review system-based workflows and data integrity across onboarding and workforce management platforms to ensure correct usage, data accuracy, and process adherence.
Identify compliance gaps, control failures, and process deviations; document findings and classify risks by severity (critical, high, medium, low).
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in
compliance auditing, risk management, or operational governance
Knowledge of
onboarding compliance, workforce documentation, and contractor management
Experience conducting
process audits, gap analysis, and root cause analysis
Ability to interpret and apply
internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines
Strong documentation and reporting skills with attention to detail
