Summary
The Commercial Support Analyst is responsible for supporting invoice processing, cost control, booking analysis, revenue simulation, and data reporting activities related to Shop visits and maintenance operations. The role involves handling technical and commercial documentation, monitoring costs, and maintain databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze invoices for engine shop maintenance activities.
- Review administrative and technical documents for invoicing purposes.
- Compare actual bookings against the PO values, Quantity thresholds, Approved workscopes, and Shop reports.
- Simulate and calculate revenues based on handling fees, man-hour rates, material pricing.
- Monitor cost progress of ongoing engine shop visits.
- Review bookings related to material, labour, and subcontract activities.
- Track budget vs actual expenditure.
- Analyze operational and financial data against defined criteria.

Work Experience
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft excel, data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
Understanding of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) operations, commercial processes.
Ability to handle technical and financial documentation.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge and experience in SAP, CMRO and Power BI is an advantage.
Qualification
5 to 8 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration or diploma in aviation.
