About the role

You will be responsible for
Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management-Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the teamAccountable for:People data analysis and insights? Analyze people data across the colleague lifecycle to identify trends, risks, and key insights? Turn data into clear, practical insight that supports workforce, talent, and capability decisions? Move conversations from “what the numbers say” to “what actions are needed”Central People Data point for TBS? Be the single point of contact for People data and insights within TBS? Coordinate data requests and avoid duplication or conflicting outputs? Support teams in using people data correctly and confidently? Represent the people data view in cross TBS discussionsStakeholder engagement and storytelling? Work closely with stakeholders to understand data needs and decision context
You will need
Operational skills relevant for this job:? Strong analytical and problem solving skills? Ability to interpret data and explain it simply? Comfortable working with senior stakeholders? Able to work independently with minimal supervision
