Role Description
We are looking for a highly driven sales professional who will take complete ownership of lead follow-ups and closures. The Lead Closure Specialist will manage leads, engage with prospective clients, close sales deals, and contribute to customer relationship management.
You will work closely with the Product Specialist for demos and technical inputs, but end-to-end sales closure will be your responsibility..
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead follow-up to closure.
- Proactively follow up with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and align solutions with business needs.
- Coordinate with Product Specialists for product demos and technical discussions.
- Handle objections, negotiate, and drive deals towards successful closure.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline status in CRM.
- Ensure timely conversion of leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Pharmacy or Masters in relevant field
- Min. 3 years of experience in lead conversion roles
- Experience in Medical device sales.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in product-based or tech companies
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Exposure to handling high-value or consultative sales
