owning their journey. At Praan, we are solving this through a primary doctor-led clinic model

● Diagnostics
● Movement therapy

Our focus areas include metabolic health, musculoskeletal care, and preventive health.
We also actively support doctor brand-building, with ~500K+ followers across digital
platforms, combining clinical care with content, education, and engagement.

🎯 Role Overview
The Clinic Medical Lead will:
● Act as the medical head of the clinic
● Own clinical quality, patient outcomes, and care delivery
● Lead team coordination and clinic-level performance
● Be the primary face of care for patients
This is a high-ownership role with both clinical and leadership responsibilities.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🩺 Clinical Care & Outcomes
● Lead clinical decision-making and patient outcomes
● Manage patients with multiple co-morbid conditions
● Design long-term, integrated care plans
● Review complex cases and guide treatment pathways
👨⚕️ Consultations & Care Delivery
● Conduct consultations (new + follow-ups)
● Interpret diagnostics (blood panels, ECG, body composition, functional assessments)
● Build personalized treatment plans (medical + lifestyle + movement)
● Focus on root-cause and long-term health improvement
📈 Revenue & Clinic Performance
● Drive revenue through consultations, programs, and care plans
● Improve conversion, retention, and patient lifetime value
● Work with ops/marketing to optimize clinic performance
👥 Team Leadership
● Act as the clinical lead for the clinic team
● Coordinate with:
○ Physiotherapists
○ Diagnostics team
○ Care coordinators
○ Visiting specialists
● Ensure a seamless patient journey
⚙️ Clinical Governance & Protocols
● Contribute to clinical SOPs, protocols, and care pathways
● Ensure documentation, EMR usage, and compliance
● Continuously improve care models based on outcomes
🧠 Clinical IP & Thought Leadership
● Contribute to building clinical IP, treatment frameworks, and protocols
● Participate in scientific studies, seminars, and knowledge-building
● Help build a structured approach for an underdeveloped care segment in India
🎥 Brand & Content
● Be a visible face of the clinic
● Participate in content, webinars, and patient education
● Build your personal brand alongside the clinic
👩⚕️ Candidate Profile
● MD (mandatory)
● 5+ years of clinical experience
● Experience in:
○ Internal Medicine
○ Lifestyle diseases (Diabetes, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia)
● Strong preference for:
○ Endocrinology exposure
○ Metabolic health and lipid management
Preferred:
● Exposure to endocrinology
● Interest in preventive / metabolic health
