Gnani.AI is looking for a Lead – Client Solutions to bridge product capability with real customer outcomes by enabling enterprise adoption of Voice AI solutions across enterprise verticals.
You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Enterprise Customers, and Product Marketingensuring Gnani.AI’s technology is clearly understood, effectively positioned, and successfully adopted during the buying journey.
This is a high-impact, customer-facing GTM role focused on solution storytelling, enterprise sales enablement, and deal acceleration. You will help translate complex AI capabilities into tailored business solutions, enabling customers to confidently adopt Voice AI at scale. As part of the founding GTM team, you will play a critical role in shaping how Gnani.AI wins enterprise deals and scales globally.
This role is ideal for builders who enjoy combining strategy, storytelling, and execution in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with Sales teams to shape solution narratives for enterprise opportunities, aligning customer problems with Gnani.AI’s Voice AI capabilities.
• Develop customized client-facing collateral including videos, narrative decks, solution proposals, one-pagers, demos, and executive presentations tailored to specific industries and use cases.
• Participate in enterprise customer conversations, discovery sessions, and solution workshops to translate business requirements into compelling solution frameworks.
• Design and deliver pre-sales storytelling and solution positioning that improves deal confidence, stakeholder alignment, and win probability.
• Build and maintain scalable sales enablement assets including pitch frameworks, objection-handling guides, integration explainers, and industry-specific solution narratives.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise proposal responses by crafting structured, persuasive, and technically accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define solution customization approaches aligned with client requirements and platform capabilities.
• Create and maintain integration and solution documentation, simplifying technical concepts for business stakeholders and customers.
• Enable Sales teams through regular training sessions, playbooks, and onboarding materials, ensuring consistent messaging and solution articulation globally.
• Work closely with Product Marketing to operationalize GTM messaging into deal-stage assets and customer-facing narratives.
• Support Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), pilots, and early deployments by ensuring clear communication of value realization and expected outcomes.
• Capture customer insights and recurring objections from sales cycles and feed structured inputs back into Product and Product Marketing teams.
• Continuously refine solution approaches based on customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Required Skills & Experience
• 4–6 years of experience in Client Solutions, Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Solution Consulting roles in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business value narratives.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and customer-facing engagements.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• High ownership mindset with bias toward execution and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or equivalent business education (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in AI, Conversational AI, Voice AI, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
• Exposure to BFSI, fintech, or high-volume customer interaction industries.
• Experience supporting global enterprise customers.
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations and solution workflows.

Experience or familiarity with modern GTM and AI-native workflows:
• Presentation & Solutioning: Advanced presentation tooling, demo environments, solution visualization tools
• Sales & Enablement: Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach (or similar CRM & sales tools)
• Content & Collaboration: Notion, Confluence, Google Workspace, Figma, Canva, Napkin.AI, SpekIt, SkillJar
