Role Overview
We're looking for a Lead Career Coach to own and build our Career Coaching vertical from the ground up. You will be the face of careers at Scale.jobs, directly reporting to the Head of Operations, leading client experience, and driving a revenue-generating function that sits at the heart of our business.
This is not a support role. This is a builder role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead virtual consultation calls with job seekers, assess their profile, candidature, and career positioning
- Build standout resumes and LinkedIn profiles from scratch within a 48-hour turnaround
- Create personalized Job Search Playbooks for clients across the US, UK, and Canada
- Design and launch the complete Career Coaching ecosystem at Scale.jobs, processes, frameworks, and delivery standards
- Build and manage a community channel for ongoing client support and engagement
- Develop diagnostic scorecards that help clients identify and close their career gaps
- Run webinars and seminars on job search strategy, LinkedIn success, and career growth
- Support clients with interview prep, industry selection, role clarity, and career upskilling
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, mandatory
- 3-5 years of hands-on US recruitment experience, non-negotiable
- Proven coaching or consulting experience working directly with clients
- Demonstrated ability to build systems, playbooks, and scalable processes from scratch
- Deep understanding of the US job market, hiring cycles, and recruiter behavior
- Experience managing and leading a team
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Prior startup or fast-growth environment experience
- Comfort facilitating webinars, workshops, or community programs
- Familiarity with career tech tools, job search platforms, or coaching frameworks
