- Should be well-versed in Microsoft Excel
- Should be familiar with the Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
- Should have good typing speed
- Should have good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- A quick learner and Preference will be given to candidates with experience in data mining and research on LinkedIn and other platforms.
KRA:
- Attend and respond promptly to all client queries received through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Conduct qualification calls to understand client requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
- Capture, record, and update all lead details accurately in the CRM or lead tracker.
- Route qualified leads to the respective sales team or schedule meetings as required.
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure timely communication and engagement.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversion progress.
- Research and collect accurate email IDs and contact details from the given data sources.
- Enter and update all researched contact details in the system or database.
- Manage and maintain organized directories and contact lists.
- Analyze assigned data as per instructions provided by the Team Leader.
- Generate reports based on the analyzed data and submit them to the concerned stakeholders.
- Follow up with team members to gather required data and ensure timely entries in the system.
- Update daily activities and relevant client details in the DSR and share updates with the Head of Department.
