Located in Punjab’s Mansa district, Talwandi Sabo Power Ltd. (TSPL) represents the largest private thermal power facility in North India, with an installed capacity of 1980 MW, contributing nearly 30% of the state’s electricity demand. Meenakshi Energy Ltd. (MEL) in Andhra Pradesh’s Tirupati district has a capacity of 1000 MW, while Vedanta Ltd. Chhattisgarh Thermal Power Plant (VLCTPP) in Singhitarai village, Sakti district, is a 1200 MW coal-based thermal power plant. Roles and Responsibilitie
- sLead end-to-end execution of Control & Instrumentation (C&I) projects, including planning, material sourcing, vendor coordination, and project delivery
- .Drive project milestones through effective troubleshooting, quality assurance, and adherence to defined protocols
- .Ensure plant-wide process safety and IT/OT cybersecurity by establishing robust systems, controls, and SOPs
- .Oversee automation and digitalization initiatives for seamless plant operations and enhanced system efficiency
- .Integrate C&I systems with other control and automation platforms to ensure smooth data flow and operational continuity
- .Develop, implement, and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to maintain system integrity, safety compliance, and regulatory adherence

Qualification & Experien
- ce12–14 years of experience in C&I functions within large thermal power plants (≥300 MW), covering the full project lifecycl
- e.Strong expertise in DCS/PLC systems such as Schneider (Foxboro), Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, and Tricone
- x.In-depth knowledge of control logic, interlocks, protection systems, and plant automatio
- n.Proven experience in commissioning, calibration, quality execution, and field instrumentation (TSI, ETS, analyzers, etc.
- ).Demonstrated troubleshooting capability along with strong leadership and team management skill
- s.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics or related field); PGDC (NTPI) will be an added advantag
