Role: Lead C++ Developer
Location: Bangalore (Preferred Local Candidates)
Experience: 4 – 7 Years
Duration: 1+ Year (Contract to Hire)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 developers
• Drive end-to-end application development & enhancements
• Work in Agile/SCRUM environments
• Build high-performance, scalable applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
At least 1 Year of experience leading a team of 3 to 5 engineers
- Strong expertise in C++ (GCC, Clang, Visual Studio)
- Experience with CI/CD & Git
- Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Agile/SCRUM exposure (CSM/CSPO preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving & leadership skills
