Overview
Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCOE) is seeking to hire a Team Lead/Associate Manager for the GCOE Business Enablement vertical. The Team Lead will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding a dynamic team of creative and technical professionals, including graphic designers, content writers, project coordinators, and web developers. This position requires a blend of leadership, strategic planning, and operational expertise to ensure the team delivers high-quality outputs aligned with organizational goals.
The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the team's day-to-day activities, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation across creative and technical projects. They will act as the primary point of contact between the team and senior management, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with broader organizational objectives.
This role demands a proactive leader who can balance creativity with technical precision, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and inspire the team to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of creative processes, project management methodologies, and technical workflows, along with the ability to nurture talent and build a cohesive team environment.

Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise Team Members: Oversee daily operations and ensure team members are meeting their individual and collective goals.
- Mentorship and Development: Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Team Building: Foster collaboration and teamwork by organizing team-building activities and encouraging open communication.
- Creative Direction: Provide guidance and feedback to graphic designers and content writers to ensure creative deliverables align with brand standards and project objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Support web developers in troubleshooting technical challenges and ensure the delivery of functional, user-friendly digital solutions.
Operational Oversight
- Task Allocation: Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and workload.
- Monitoring Progress: Track team progress on projects and ensure deadlines are met.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of work produced by the team meets organizational standards.
- Problem-Solving: Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Strategic Planning
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with senior management to set team goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Resource Management: Ensure the team has the necessary tools, resources, and support to perform effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in workflows and implement changes to optimize processes.
Communication
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance, challenges, and achievements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between the team and other departments or external stakeholders.
- Team Meetings: Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and share updates.
Project Management
- Project Coordination: Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of team activities, project milestones, and outcomes.
Technical Expertise
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to guide the team effectively.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Apply technical expertise to address complex challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications
About you
- Minimum Required Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Preferred Degree: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Certificate(s)/Special Training:
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified People Manager Specialized training in risk management, Marketing, or project management methodologies may also be preferred.
