Job Summary
The Lead Business Architect will be responsible for translating business strategy into actionable technology solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation within the Temenos ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of both business processes and software development lifecycles to drive successful digital transformations.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and digital transformation.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional and technical specifications, utilizing skills in Document and Model User Requirements.
- Design and define end-to-end solutions, incorporating Graphical User Interface (GUI) and User Experience (UX) Design principles to ensure optimal usability.
- Collaborate closely with application development teams, providing guidance and oversight throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Participate in IT Testing activities, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
- Oversee the configuration and implementation of computer systems, including Portal Server Configuration and Program Installation, to support business solutions.
- Contribute to action planning and strategic initiatives, aligning technology solutions with overall business objectives.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, including Digital Literacy, to recommend innovative solutions.
- Potentially engage in activities such as Compiling and Decompiling Code and WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration for troubleshooting or advanced analysis, demonstrating a deep understanding of underlying systems.
- Manage versioning of software components and documentation to ensure consistency and traceability.
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Business Architect or similar leadership role within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Expertise in Document and Model User Requirements, with a focus on clear and comprehensive documentation.
- Demonstrated ability in User Experience (UX) Design and Graphical User Interface (GUI) principles.
- Proficient in Application Development concepts and working with development teams.
- Experience with Computer System Configuration, Program Installation, and Versioning.
- Familiarity with IT Testing methodologies and practices.
- Solid understanding of Information Technology (IT) Support principles.
- Knowledge of Portal Server Configuration and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Assessment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High level of Digital Literacy and adaptability to new technologies.
- Understanding of WAN Switching and Firmware Configuration is a plus.
- Experience with Compiling and Decompiling Code is beneficial for advanced troubleshooting and analysis.
