Job details:
- 5y+ experience as Salesforce BA.
- Experience in the SaaS business, specifically the Lead-to-Cash process (new business, subscription amendments, renewals).
- Fully comfortable with hands-on in Sales Cloud; Lightning UI, Flows, setup integrations with other systems (usually we go with the embedded SF connector of each tool).
- Work directly with business stakeholders to clarify business requirements and processes, and facilitate smooth rollout (test, demo, documentation, etc.).
- Work independently to complete assigned tasks, while aligning with peers in the team to coordinate well with existing technical components.
- Work along with the EU timezone (CET/CEST).
- Can be remote, but maintain close communication and prompt responses via slack, g-meet, etc.
