Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, and improve processes. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, managing client relationships, and providing insights to guide decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Analysis and ability to define and document Business Requirements accurately
- Proficiency in analyzing and improving Business Processes and workflows
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate data and report actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder interaction and effective collaboration
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and a good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Experience in digital transformation or low-code platforms is advantageous
