Role Description
As the Lead of Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing partnerships with brands to enhance CosaNostra Live’s events and initiatives. This full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram requires you to drive sponsorship sales, negotiate agreements, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential brand partners, preparing compelling pitches, managing branding deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Management
- Strong Communication skills, including pitch creation and client engagement
- Experience in Sales, with a focus on generating leads and closing deals
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and partners
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
- Previous experience in sponsorship management, marketing, or partnership roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
