Brand Experience and Operations
About the Role
- Employment Format: Full time with a 3 month probation period, starting March 2026
- Location: Ahmedabad-based, with occasional travel for retreats
- Direct access to founders as part of the foundational team
- Hybrid work structure

Kinship creates curated day experiences and boutique retreats for Indian families with children aged 9 to 13. We design intentional spaces in the city and in nature where parents and children reconnect during a critical window before the teenage years intensify. This is a small, design-led brand. Every detail matters. Every interaction shapes trust.
We are looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of visual design, learning experience design, community building, and on-ground execution.
What You Will Lead
Brand and Visual Experience
- Design social media content that feels warm, premium, and unmistakably Kinship
- Create brochures, posters, event materials, and digital assets
- Maintain visual consistency across platforms
- Contribute to how the brand evolves as we grow
You have a strong visual foundation. You understand typography, spacing, tone, and restraint. You care about how something feels, not just how it looks.
Community and Sales Nurturing
- Manage our social media presence with thoughtfulness and clarity
- Personally nurture warm leads and respond with care
- Build long-term relationships with families in the Kinship community
- Support registrations and onboarding smoothly
You are comfortable speaking to families. You know how to balance warmth with structure.
Experience and Operations
- Coordinate on-ground execution for day experiences and retreats
- Liaise with venues and vendors
- Plan logistics and ensure everything runs calmly and seamlessly
- Manage guest experience during events
- Lead post-event follow-ups and ongoing community engagement
You enjoy being hands-on. You are calm when things move quickly. You notice what others miss.
Strong Fit
- Background in event management, visual design, learning experience design, or education design
- 2 to 5 years of experience in design-led brands, hospitality, experiential spaces, or boutique events. Enthusiastic freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Event management experience is a strong plus
- Strong aesthetic judgement and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Interested in building something from the ground up
This role needs someone who can think conceptually and execute practically.
