One of Our Client hiring for a Lead BIM Engineer – Mechanical & Plumbing with strong expertise in Revit MEP modeling and coordination for building projects.
This role requires deep hands-on modeling capability, not just team management.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage Mechanical & Plumbing BIM models in Revit
• Model systems including:
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Firefighting systems
• Perform clash detection and coordination across disciplines
• Ensure model accuracy, LOD compliance, and BIM standards
• Participate in design coordination meetings
• Create and manage:
• Revit families
• Schedules
• Model data
• Support parametric modeling (Dynamo preferred)
Mandatory Requirements
• B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• 10+ years in BIM MEP (Mechanical & Plumbing)
• Expert-level Revit proficiency (mandatory)
• Strong experience in:
• MEP modeling
• Coordination workflows
• Experience in high-rise / commercial building projects
Good to Have
• Dynamo / Revit automation exposure
• Experience in multidisciplinary BIM environments
• Experience in large-scale building projects
Not Suitable
• Diploma candidates
• Pure design (non-BIM) profiles
• Site execution roles
• Infra / industrial background
