One of Our Client hiring a Lead BIM Electrical Engineer who is highly proficient in Revit and has strong experience in electrical systems modeling and coordination for building projects.
This is a hands-on role, requiring deep involvement in modeling, coordination, and BIM execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage electrical BIM models (Revit) for building projects
• Lead modeling of:
• Power systems
• Lighting systems
• Low-voltage (ELV) systems
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks
• Ensure LOD, model quality, and BIM standards compliance
• Prepare:
• Layouts
• Schedules
• Quantity take-offs
• Collaborate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams
• Support BIM workflows, templates, and best practices
Mandatory Requirements
• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• 10+ years in BIM Electrical
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit (mandatory)
• Strong experience in:
• Electrical systems modeling
• BIM coordination
• Experience in high-rise / commercial building projects
• Hands-on experience with Navisworks (clash detection)
Good to Have
• Exposure to Dynamo / automation
• Experience with ACC / BIM 360
• Experience in large-scale building projects
Not Suitable
• Diploma candidates
• Site execution profiles
• Non-building (infra/industrial) background
• Non-Revit / AutoCAD-only candidates
