Hiring for Lead Big Data Engineer (Java) - Insurance industry is preferred
Spectral Consultants is hiring a Lead Big Data Engineer to design and deliver scalable Big Data and Azure cloud-based platforms for critical, customer-facing solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of architecture, performance, and team delivery. Insurance industry experience is mandatory.
Experience - 10-15 Years
Location - Hyderabad
Notice Period: Immediate–30 Days Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
✔ Design & build scalable data pipelines using Spark, Hive, Kafka, HBase & SOLR
✔ Architect batch and real-time data processing solutions
✔ Optimize data performance, quality & latency
✔ Lead deployments, code reviews & production support
✔ Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers
Required Skills
✔ 10–15 years of Data/Big Data Engineering experience
✔ Strong hands-on with Spark (Scala), Hadoop ecosystem & Kafka
✔ Azure Cloud experience (mandatory)
✔ Java programming expertise (mandatory)
✔ Strong system design, CI/CD & release management knowledge
✔ Insurance industry experience (required)
