Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Analytics Lead with strong hands-on expertise in analytics/reporting for managing Non-Financial Risks of a Commercial/Retail bank. To be based offshore in Bengaluru, India and support client's overseas operations.
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and hands on experience:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Very Good understanding of NFRs like Ops Risk, Compliance/Regulatory Risks, IT/Cyber Risks, Conduct & Reputational Risks, ESG and other Risks, etc
- Hands on experience in designing and implementation of analytics (modeling), reporting and AI solutions.
- Hands on experience in coding (Python, Power BI, Qlik, etc)
- Functional knowledge of Commercial/Investment banking products, processes and operations.
- Very good communication skills in written and verbal English.
- Ability to coordinate and work with diverse teams both in India and overseas.
