Role Description
This full-time, on-site role of Lead Bench Sales Recruiter is based in Hyderabad. The role involves spearheading the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying, recruiting, and placing suitable candidates for client requirements. Responsibilities include managing relationships with stakeholders, marketing bench consultants, coordinating interviews, and negotiating rates with vendors. The position requires maintaining efficient communication with consultants to track submissions, interviews, and placements while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Proficiency in marketing bench candidates and working with various job portals and recruitment platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build robust relationships with clients and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Previous experience working within IT staffing and recruitment, particularly within the U.S. market, is a strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of achieving successful placements
- Familiarity with immigration and compliance requirements for onboarding IT consultants is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
