Job Title - Lead Bench Sales Recruiter
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team!
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience
- 1–2 years of experience in lead generation and sales recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong understanding of bench sales and recruitment processes
- Clear knowledge of MSA, NDA, and candidate onboarding
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage and grow existing client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful placements
