Role & responsibilities
- 6+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong experience testing web applications and user workflows.
- Handson experience with test planning, test case creation, and execution.
- Experience validating backend systems, APIs, and database data.
- Solid understanding of how UI, services, and data layers interact.
- Strong attention to detail and a mindset focused on preventing production defects.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort pushing back when quality is at risk.
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, similar).
- Experience querying databases (SQL or equivalent) for data validation.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (UI or API).
- Experience testing complex or enterprisescale applications.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Experience working in environments with strict production quality standards.
