Role Description
The Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bilaspur. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing teams, optimizing processes for efficiency, and ensuring high performance. The Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance logistics operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key responsibilities also include performance monitoring, team development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

- Strong leadership, team management, and people skills to supervise and develop teams.
- Excellent organizational and process optimization skills to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address operational challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology and data analysis tools to monitor performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Good understanding of logistics, supply chain management, and operational best practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Bilaspur and adapt to dynamic operational demands.
- An undergraduate degree in logistics, business management, or related fields; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in logistics or operations management roles is highly preferred.
