Lead/Assistant Manager - Global Mobility
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Mobility operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in expatriate management, tax equalization, payroll coordination, relocation management, and cross-border compliance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective global mobility strategies to support the organization's international business objectives.
- Manage international assignments, including expatriate management, tax equalization, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee relocation management processes, ensuring seamless transitions for employees and their families.
- Ensure compliance with cross-border regulations and laws, maintaining the organization's reputation and minimizing risk.
- Collaborate with vendors to manage relocation services, ensuring high-quality support for employees.
- Analyze and optimize global mobility processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, HR teams, and business leaders.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements
- 6-12 years of experience in global mobility operations, international assignments, expatriate management, tax equalization, payroll coordination, relocation management, and cross-border compliance.
- Strong knowledge of global mobility laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and business leaders.
