- Strive to exceed SLA parameters
- Manage Supply Chain activities (PO creation, validation, reporting etc.).
- Team and delivery management.
- Schedule and lead weekly/ monthly and Quarterly calls
- Review SOP and implement process changes
- Ensure adherence to compliance and Service level
- Perform all other duties as assigned
