🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Assist (Cold Calling & Lead Generation – Real Estate)
Are you confident on calls, persuasive in conversations, and driven by results?
We’re looking for a Lead Assist to help us connect with South Florida Realtors and generate new business opportunities.
🔹 About the Role
You’ll be reaching out to Realtors in South Florida, introducing our Listing Coordination & Transaction Coordination services, and identifying those who need support to scale their business.
Your goal? Start conversations, build relationships, and book qualified appointments.
🔹 What You’ll Do
✔️ Make outbound calls to Realtors (US market)
✔️ Pitch our real estate support services confidently
✔️ Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
✔️ Schedule appointments for the sales team
✔️ Maintain CRM updates and follow-ups
✔️ Consistently meet daily/weekly targets
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in cold calling / telemarketing / lead generation
✅ Excellent English communication (US client-facing)
✅ Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality
✅ Ability to handle objections professionally
✅ Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
💼 Compensation & Work Details
💰 Salary: ₹20,000/month (Targets Given) + performance-based incentives
🕒 Working Days: Monday to Friday
⏰ Timing: 7:30 PM – 12:00 AM (IST)
