We’re Hiring: Application Developer (C++ / SQL Server) – Enterprise Financial Systems

What you’ll work on
You’ll support and enhance enterprise financial applications that power high-value business operations. This is hands-on work where stability, correctness, and performance truly matter—every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day support and enhancement of C++ applications (RAD Studio / Borland C++ preferred)
- Build and optimize solutions on Microsoft SQL Server (Enterprise)
- Ensure stability of batch processing and scheduled/overnight jobs (including CRON-based scheduling)
- Troubleshoot production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes
- Partner with operations and IT teams to improve reliability, reduce repeated issues, and strengthen operational readiness
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of Strong experience in C++ (RAD Studio / Borland C++ preferred)
- Strong experience in SQL Server (Enterprise) with performance and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting production systems and scheduled batch/overnight processing
- Practical, accountable ownership mindset—someone who gets things stable and keeps them that way
