🚨 We’re Hiring — Lead Animator
Lifecreators Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Lead Animator to drive high-quality character animation for animated series, feature films, cinematic content, and future game projects.
We are building a next-generation hybrid pipeline using Blender and Unreal Engine focused on cinematic storytelling and large-scale production.
📍 Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
🕒 Full-Time Opportunity
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the animation department
• Create high-quality character performances and acting shots
• Review animation quality and maintain studio standards
• Collaborate with directors, layout, and cinematic teams
• Help improve animation workflows and shot efficiency
• Mentor junior and senior animators
• Ensure timely delivery of production shots
• Support pipeline growth and production scalability
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of body mechanics, acting, and timing
• Extensive experience in character animation for films, series, or games
• Strong knowledge of Blender workflows
• Ability to lead teams and review production work
• Understanding of cinematic storytelling and camera language
• Strong shot polish and problem-solving skills
• Experience handling production teams and deadlines
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with stylized animation
• Unreal Engine cinematic workflow knowledge
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Production pipeline understanding
• Experience working on large-scale animation projects
Experience:
8–15 Years Preferred
