Job Description – Angular Lead
Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
Experience: 7–10 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Angular Lead to drive front-end development initiatives, lead a team of developers, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, architecture design, code quality, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular.
- Guide and mentor front-end developers to ensure coding best practices and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, backend teams, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Architect reusable components and scalable front-end frameworks.
- Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Angular (version 10+ / latest versions preferred)
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS
- Strong knowledge of RxJS, NgRx, State Management
- Experience with REST API integration
- Good understanding of Micro Frontend Architecture
- Expertise in responsive UI development
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in unit testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma)
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
Leadership Requirements
- Experience leading a front-end team
- Ability to assign tasks, review deliverables, and mentor team members
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Azure / AWS cloud environments
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in product-based or enterprise environments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
