Spectral Consultants is hiring for Lead Analyst-Data Ops role for one of the US based management consulting organization.
If you have strong experience in Data Operations (KTLO), ETL pipelines, and stakeholder management, this role is a great fit.
📍 Location: Bangalore (On-site)
💼 Experience: 4.5 – 6 years
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor ETL/data pipelines (daily/weekly operations)
• Ensure data quality, validation & timely data delivery (SLA adherence)
• Handle production issues, incident management & RCA
• Act as primary point of contact for client communication & escalations
🛠️ Required Skills:
✔ Strong SQL (advanced queries, optimization)
✔ Python / PySpark
✔ ETL / Data Integration (ADF, Airflow, Informatica, DBT, etc.)
✔ Experience in Data Ops / KTLO / Production Support
✔ Good stakeholder communication & problem-solving skills
✨ Nice to Have:
• Exposure to Snowflake / Databricks / AWS / Azure
• Experience in monitoring tools & workflow schedulers
