Job Title: Analytics (AI/ML) – Multiple Roles | Lead / Senior Associate / Associate II
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore, India

Open Positions:
1. Lead – Analytics (AI/ML) | 8–11 Years Senior Individual Contributor. Owns engineering excellence, Agentic AI architecture, code review culture, model simplification, and technical debt reduction across the team. Not a people manager — a technical force multiplier.
2. Senior Associate – Analytics (AI/ML) | 6–8 Years Primary delivery contributor. Builds, deploys, and monitors ML models and Agentic AI workflows for revenue cycle automation — claims triage, denial root cause analysis, prior authorisation follow-up.
3. Associate II – Analytics (AI/ML) | 4–6 Years Hands-on ML Engineer. Builds production ML pipelines, implements LLMs, applies XAI techniques on live healthcare data. GitHub portfolio mandatory.
What You Will Do
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML models and Agentic AI systems
- Build autonomous RCM workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Implement LLM operations — RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, evaluation
- Monitor models for drift and degradation — trigger retraining when thresholds breach
- Write clean, production-quality Python following Clean Architecture principles
- Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes supporting ML workloads
- Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Apply Explainable AI techniques — SHAP, LIME — for model transparency
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Operations stakeholders
Must Have — All Levels
- Python as primary language — production quality, not just notebooks
- Hands-on ML Engineering — model building, training, deployment, monitoring
- LLMs — OpenAI API, prompt engineering, RAG, or Agentic AI frameworks
- Model evaluation — F1, AUC-ROC, RMSE, ROUGE, BERTScore, hallucination rate
- Data pipelines and ETL for ML workloads
- Git — version control and collaborative development
- First class / distinction / top 10 percentile academic record (mandatory for all levels)
Additionally for Lead:
- SHAP / LIME in production — mandatory
- Clean Architecture + C4 system design
- Technical debt assessment and remediation
- 2+ years as Senior IC or Tech Lead
- Agentic AI frameworks in production
Additionally for Associate II:
- Pydantic, Pandera — data validation
- Public GitHub with ML projects — mandatory
- scikit-learn, PySpark ML, pandas, Dask, Polars
Good to Have — All Levels
- Healthcare / RCM domain — claims, denials, prior authorisation, eligibility
- Azure ML, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks
- MS Copilot, Power Automate, MCP integrations
- CI/CD, automated testing — SonarQube, Ruff, Pylint
- AI governance — NIST AI RMF, HITRUST, ISO 42001
- FHIR / HL7 awareness

- Not a Data Analyst or BI role
- Not an MLOps-only role
- Not for candidates whose ML work never left a Jupyter notebook
- Not for candidates who use AI tools but have not built AI systems
Education
B.E. / B.Tech in Engineering or M.Sc. / M.S. in Science, Mathematics, or Statistics — First class, distinction, or top 10 percentile mandatory across all levels.
