Note: We are looking for Lead AI/ML Engineers
Position Objective
We are seeking an experienced AI Lead or Lead AI Engineer to oversee the complete development of advanced artificial intelligence solutions based on Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. This role will involve managing every stage of model creation and guiding AI implementation strategies - including designing system architecture, conducting experiments, optimizing performance, and collaborating on deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of AI systems spanning GenAI, Computer Vision, and Predictive Machine Learning.
- Drive real-time AI solution development including low-latency inference, streaming pipelines, edge AI, and video analytics.
- Design and deploy Generative AI solutions encompassing LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and multimodal models.
- Build and optimize computer vision and machine learning systems for real-time use cases such as object detection, tracking, semantic segmentation, and video analysis.
- Develop advanced training methodologies involving customized loss functions, optimizations, and distributed training.
- Fine-tune foundation models such as LLaMA, GPT, Mistral, CLIP, SAM, among others, using PEFT methods including LoRA, QLoRA.
- Build RAG architectures with vector databases and embedding techniques.
- Design and scale real-time inference solutions (batch, streaming, and edge).
- Collaborate with MLOps and Platform teams for model deployments, monitoring, and scaling.
- Responsible for extension of existing AI enabled platforms and support the adoption and deployment of the platforms
- Drive model evaluation techniques for precision and low latency.
- Manage a team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Ensure that AI explanations, fairness, and robustness are built into AI solutions deployed in production.
- Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts and implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps principles.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical considerations in all AI applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and define AI project goals.
- Collaborate with domain experts, stakeholders, and clients to understand specific business requirements and tailor generative AI solutions accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI techniques, such as LLMs, and evaluate their potential applications in solving enterprise challenges.
- Conduct research and evaluation of advanced AI techniques, including transfer learning, domain adaptation, and model compression, to enhance performance and efficiency.
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement
- 8 to 10 years of experience with AI/ML development.
- Experience with Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision.
- Hands-on experience building real-time AI systems or streaming ML pipelines.
- Experience in team management is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing production-ready AI applications (not research projects).
