Lead AI Engineer
Experience
- 5+ years exclusively in AI/ML engineering
- Must have worked on production-grade AI systems, not just pilots or hackathons
- Strong hands-on builder — not an architect-only profile

- Model evaluation frameworks

- Bias mitigation
- AI security best practices
- Ethical AI compliance standards

- AI Solution Architecture (LLM-first design)
- AI Infrastructure Development & Scaling

- AI Application Integration (API-driven)
- MLOps & Model Lifecycle Management
- Build internal AI accelerators & reusable frameworks
- Mentor and lead AI Freshers team
