🔍 About the Role
KrtrimaIQ Cognitive Solutions is hiring an experienced AI/ML Tech Lead with a strong backend development background and hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
We are looking for candidates who have 6–10 years of experience in backend technologies (Python, Node.js, Java, or similar) and have recently worked on AI/ML, GenAI, LLM-based applications, and intelligent automation solutions.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Design and implement LLM-powered applications using RAG architectures
- Build scalable AI-powered backend systems and APIs (Python, Node.js, FastAPI, Flask)
- Develop Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using OCR and NLP
- Work with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma) and embeddings
- Implement semantic search, prompt engineering, and LLM optimization techniques
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on AWS / Azure / GCP cloud platforms
- Ensure MLOps best practices, model monitoring, and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, Data, Product, Engineering)
- Mentor and lead a team of engineers
