*The Role*
We are looking for a visionary AI Artist to join our "visual mavericks". As an early adopter of AI in our creative workflow, you will be responsible for blending cutting-edge generative technology with our high-end cinematic production standards. This is a foundational role with a clear growth trajectory to lead and build our dedicated AI Creative Team in the near future.
*Key Responsibilities*
Generative Artistry: Use AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe Firefly,OpenAI etc.) to create high-quality concept art, storyboards, and visual assets for commercials and music videos.
Workflow Integration: Collaborate with our Directors and DOPs to integrate AI-generated content into our post-production and VFX pipelines.
Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI video and image generation to ensure Filmy Fiction remains a leader in "advertising excellence".
Future Leadership: Mentor junior artists and establish standardized AI workflows as you transition into a leadership role within the creative department.
Client Collaboration: Translate unique client briefs into stunning visual realities that meet our standards for quality and personalization.
*Qualifications*
Proven experience as an AI Artist or Digital Artist with a strong portfolio of AI-assisted work.
Deep technical knowledge of generative AI tools for both static and moving images.
A background in advertising, filmmaking, or visual arts is highly preferred.
Strong storytelling ability—understanding how to use technology to "infuse campaigns with passion and innovation".
Leadership potential and excellent communication skills.
