🔹 Experience: 10+ Years (4+ Years in Leadership)
🔹 Location: Remote (India-based candidates welcome)
🔹 Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US Time Zone Overlap)
🔹 Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
💡 About the Role
You’ll lead a team of 3–7 AI/ML engineers while staying hands-on with architecture, coding, and system design. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex AI challenges at scale.
🔥 What You’ll Do
✔️ Drive architecture & technical roadmap for scalable AI systems
✔️ Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers in a distributed setup
✔️ Build and optimize ML pipelines (training → deployment → monitoring)
✔️ Collaborate with Product, Data & DevOps teams
✔️ Ensure high standards in CI/CD, testing & system reliability
✔️ Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI technologies
🧠 What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong expertise in Python + AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / scikit-learn)
✅ Experience in MLOps, model deployment & distributed systems
✅ Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes & Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)
✅ Proven leadership in managing remote engineering teams
✅ Strong problem-solving & system design skills
⭐ Bonus Points
➕ Experience with LLMs / Generative AI / NLP / Computer Vision
➕ Background in startups or high-growth environments
➕ Contributions to open-source or research
