About Position:
We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to define and lead enterprise-scale AI architecture, focusing on LLM-based systems, multi-agent workflows, and production-grade AI platforms. This role will anchor the organization’s AI strategy on Azure AI Foundry, ensuring unified model management, orchestration, governance, security, and observability across all AI workloads.

What You'll Do:
- Define and own enterprise AI architecture, including LLM systems, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent frameworks
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and production-ready AI platforms
- Anchor all AI workloads on Azure AI Foundry, leveraging:
- Control Plane for centralized governance and lifecycle management
- Prompt Flow for orchestration and experimentation
- Agent capabilities for multi-agent workflows and automation
- Architect multi-agent systems for complex, distributed AI problem-solving
- Establish AI governance frameworks covering compliance, security, Responsible AI, and model risk management
- Drive end-to-end model lifecycle management, including training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
- Ensure scalability, performance, and cost optimization of AI systems
- Define standards for observability, logging, and monitoring of AI workflows and models
- Collaborate with business and engineering leaders to translate enterprise needs into AI solutions
- Lead architecture reviews, define best practices, and mentor engineering teams
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong expertise in AI/ML architecture and distributed systems design
- Deep experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and multi-agent systems
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry (Control Plane, Prompt Flow, Agents)
- Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (Azure preferred) and microservices
- Experience in ML Ops / AI Ops, including CI/CD, model lifecycle management, and automation
- Expertise in AI governance, security, and compliance frameworks
- Experience with vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)
- Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and performance tuning in AI systems
- Experience with enterprise AI transformation programs
- Knowledge of fine-tuning, model optimization, and custom model development
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and scalable infrastructure design
- Familiarity with data engineering and large-scale data platforms
- Understanding of industry AI regulations and governance standards
