Lead AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Computer Vision
| Kochi – BB Arcade | Full-Time | Immediate Joiner
About the Role
NGXP Technologies is looking for a Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI and Computer Vision to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions for internal and client projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and advanced Computer Vision solutions.
- Build AI applications using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LLMs, VLMs, YOLO, SAM, and multimodal models.
- Develop scalable solutions for object detection, segmentation, video intelligence, visual reasoning, and AI agents.
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and MCP.
- Optimize and deploy AI models across cloud and edge environments using Docker, Kubernetes, ONNX, TensorRT, etc.
- Implement MLOps, monitoring, evaluation, model optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and collaborate with .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter, and other engineering teams.
- Take AI initiatives from concept to production and build reusable AI solutions across projects.
Required Skills
- Expert Python with strong experience in PyTorch/OpenCV.
- Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Strong Computer Vision experience with YOLO, SAM, ViT, VLMs, and multimodal AI.
- Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Qwen, Gemini, LLaVA, or similar models.
- Knowledge of MCP, vector databases, model optimization, and AI deployment.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps, and production AI systems.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience taking AI projects from zero to production.
