Lead Agent Engineer
Role Summary
We are looking for a Lead Agent Engineer to design, build, and scale autonomous AI agents capable of executing complex workflows across enterprise systems.
This role will lead the development of multi-agent systems, decision engines, and intelligent automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Agent System Design
- Architect autonomous task execution agents
- Design multi-agent collaboration workflows
- Build decision-making & planning frameworks
- Develop memory & context management systems
Tool & Workflow Integration
- Integrate agents with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools
- Build tool-using agents and action frameworks
- Enable event-driven & real-time automation
Workflow Automation & Orchestration
- Build end-to-end autonomous workflows
- Implement state management & recovery logic
- Optimize agent reliability & performance
Performance & Reliability
- Reduce hallucinations & failure rates
- Improve execution accuracy & task completion
- Optimize latency & operational costs
Leadership & Technical Guidance
- Mentor agent engineers & prompt engineers
- Define best practices & engineering standards
- Collaborate with AI research & platform teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years software engineering experience
- Experience building AI agents or automation systems
- Strong Python & API integration experience
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Understanding of vector databases & RAG pipelines
- Experience with async workflows & microservices
Preferred Experience
- Multi-agent system design
