Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Lead - Ad Operations role. The primary responsibilities include overseeing ad campaign implementation, optimizing operational processes, managing projects, and ensuring collaboration across teams. The role demands active communication with clients and internal teams, as well as effective management of advertising platforms. The successful candidate will track and analyze campaign performance and ensure deliverables exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on branding and awareness campaigns across buying models such as Open Auction, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG)
Strong hands-on experience with programmatic DSPs and paid media platforms including Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and native platforms such as Taboola
In-depth understanding of curation platforms to build and manage PMP and PG deals
Familiarity with creative management platforms such as Bonzai or Airtory
Working knowledge of APAC markets and regional nuances.
Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead, mentor, and oversee execution
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling client interactions and internal team coordination
