Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Acquisition Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Lead Acquisition Executive will focus on generating and managing leads, converting prospects into customers, and driving customer acquisition efforts. This role requires analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. The individual will work closely with other team members to support business growth and improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of prior experience by handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition techniques
- Strong Communication skills in both English and Hindi is mandatory to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and business development
- Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities and performance metrics
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to achieving targets
- Prior experience in property technology or real estate is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
