Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Acquisition Executive, based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Lead Acquisition Executive will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, driving customer acquisition, and meeting sales targets. The role entails strategic outreach to potential clients, presenting NoBrokerHood’s offerings, and developing relationships to convert leads into satisfied customers. Executives will also work to analyze customer needs and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
- Should have one year of experience in Inbound and Outbound calls
- Should have Proficient communication in English and Hindi
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities and customer data
- Self-motivation, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in the prop-tech, real estate, or SaaS industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
