We’re building something ambitious 3D Avatar-based social virtual world where users express themselves through avatars, fashion, and interactive environments.
Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Artist with atleast 5 years of experience who can both create and lead. This is a hands-on role where you’ll define the visual direction while actively contributing to production.
What You’ll Do- Lead and guide a small team of 3D artists
- Design and oversee:
- Avatar aesthetics (faces, hairstyles, outfits)
- Environments and social spaces
- Ensure consistency in art style and quality
- Collaborate with Unity developers for implementation
- Supervise basic animation workflows (emotes, interactions)
- Optimize assets for mobile performance
What We’re Looking For- Strong experience in 3D art (characters + environments)
- Understanding of avatar-based systems (fashion, customization)
- Basic knowledge of animation pipelines
- Ability to lead, mentor, and review work
- Experience with tools like Blender / Maya / ZBrush / Substance Painter
- Game engine exposure (Unity preferred)
Bonus Points- Experience working on social / multiplayer / avatar platforms
- Knowledge of modular outfit systems
- Passion for virtual worlds, metaverse, and digital fashion
